PlayStation 5 Order update

Hi,

I have ordered a PlayStation 5 console on 18/11/23 and received the initial email confirmation but no other updates since then.

I have been trying to contact EE to get in touch with someone who can provide me with a progress update but unfortunately no one has been able to help me as they are unable to track my order number in the system nor can they reach the relevant department. I have only been redirected to an email address “enquire-store@ee.co.uk” and they just state the obvious “it’s processing” with no real information about my order.

This is really frustrating from EE, it’s an expensive item and the least you could do is provide me an update on its whereabouts after 4-5 days of silence. There is no contact number for the EE online shop and it’s been impossible to get an answer from anyone about my order. 

Can I please be directed to someone who will have any information whatsoever on the current status of my order!

I placed it yesterday but delivery times were estimated 1-3 days but it's showing on the website as 1 allocated, coul you please have a look and update me on this

The PlayStation 5 is showing as in stock.

If you chose standard delivery the next update will be once your order has progressed and is ready for delivery. 

You should get your delivery information very soon.

Ok thanks for the info 

So you believe I should be receiving a email confirming my delivery for tomorrow or thursday? 

Also when do you think I should be receiving that email?

Hi

So I received a email yesterday that my payment hadn't gone through and that payment was required even though when paying initially everything went well. I was emailed and asked to confirm the last 4 digits of my card to go through with the payment. I replied with the last 4 digits and then left enough to cover the bundle I had bought for the ps5 digital edition with a extra controller for £419.98 but they had tried charging me £448.98. so I woke up today and had seen the payment declined, so I went on to the website to see if I can pay the correct amount, after checking I wasn't able to find the option anywhere. So I  tried to cancel the order and reorder but now the playstation digital bundle that I wanted has gone out of stock I believe.

 

I am honestly really frustrated with what has happened and been left very upset.

I’m having the same issue? I’ve purchased the order, paid full and got the initial confirmation email but it states it’s processing and I need it for the 8th? Help?!
