Pixel Fold 9 Pro delivery dates?

Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

 this is horrendous, I then went on to complain, to then get a reply stating the orders been picked and will be with me between 24-48 hours  this is so bad

Did they give you proof of this and where did you complain?

Either they are getting that many complaints they are now blatantly lying, or the communication is just shockingly awful. I think at this stage we will only know from tomorrow onwards (the irony of FROM 4th!)

I complaint to the guy on the webchat, it's the fact he's said to me that I won't receive for 2 weeks then saying he will cancel my order for another phone (so he can get the sale him self) to which Ive complained at him he's changed what he said

The fact they said you'd get a call from DPD as well. Obviously nonsense as they don't call then send an email or it's on the app.

Absolutely despicable. EE need to answer to this thread right now. They can't treat customers the way they just treated you.

They won't reply.  They've done this before with 2 previous phones I've pre-ordered.  It's just poor

Purpose of pre-ordering a phone is the joy and exclusivity of receiving the phone on day one...clearly EE doesn't have a clue about that and don't respect their customers.  I've raised a formal complaint and see what they have to say

Just got a text from DPD saying they're expecting my parcel 

Ordered 512GB Obsidian on 17th Aug.
