Hi,
I preordered the phone on 15th and received a message on 18th that I need to call them for more details to confirm my order.
Once I did that firstly, they changed the contract price which all I agreed to at that time because I was not given another option.
However, it's been now 15 days almost and I have no update on the device. I have requested for it to be delivered at a nearby house EE store.
Can someone please help me with this.
I ordered the 256GB variant so as per the Pre-order benefits I should receive the 512 GB variant.

Alternatively you can call EE Customer Service on 150 where a guide can track the location of your order.

I already checked, there seems to be no update. It shows dispatching In 24 Hrs. From the very day I ordered.

The Pixel 9 Pro 256GB and 512GB both show as available to order and to expect delivery in more than 28 days.
Have you spoke with our customer care team on 150?

I spoke to them and they are stating we will let you know.
The standard response. Can I please request for some sort of an update.
It's been more 15 days and people have started receiving the same as well. It's just mine that has no update.

The orders will be sent out on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders to the newest.
DPD will be in touch with you when it is ready to be delivered.

I am not sure how the first come first serve basis work in this case.
My friend order the same device the same variant and color on the 20th after I ordered and he already received it.
The only difference was he ordered for it to be delivered at his house and I requested to pick up from the store.
Can you please look into that?

Terrible Terrible Service!!!!!!!
I came to the store today just to follow up with them.
They told me that they received my phone around a week ago and even returned it to the warehouse as it was not claimed.
I did not receive any notification from DPD or EE. The tracking still shows the same awaiting delivery confirmation.
When I call them they have no such information and now apparently my account will take more than 2 weeks to refresh so I can place another order.
Plus, I will end up loosing all the pre-order benefits even though I did it.
It's just terrible! I am extremely disappointed, I want to just change my provider now. Not worth it.
