Hello. I ordered my pixel 8 on the last day of the offer where free pixel ear buds were included. I now have the phone but am awaiting the ear buds. Does anyone know how long this takes?

Do you still have your delivery note or receipt if you purchased in store?
If not, please get in touch with Customer Care and the team will arrange to send you a proof of purchase.
