So I had a sim only deal with EE and now I have upgraded to get a phone, my phone hasn’t arrived yet my plan has finished and it’s changed over to the new plan, great news! Why has my plan changed to the new one even though I was advised my original plan will stick up until I get my device. So essentially I’m paying over 60 pounds for a sim only deal?
