Hi,
I ordered a phone to be delivered to a store and my tracking page updated today to 'order dispatched', I haven't received an email or text about it and was just wondering what's happening/if calling EE or the store would be a good idea. I completely understand it's a busy time of year and tracking may be different when delivered to the store so I just wanted to check here before I contact anybody.

@hallie03 The store will contact you when it’s there for collection. Your device will probably be at the store tomorrow so I would give them a call if they don’t contact you by 11am.
