New monthly SIM order

Hi Team,

I have placed an order (xkoxxxxxxxxx) for a new SIM contract (24m) on the 19th of December.

While I have the order and direct debit confirmation, I do not have a NEW SIM order delivery confirmation (I cannot use EE's Order Tracking service as that's reserved only for device orders).

Could you please confirm that the new monthly contract SIM is being delivered (as it's getting close to the 48h timeframe and I still don't have an update) or do I have to order the new SIM?

NOTE: I am a new customer coming from Vodafone and I have purchased a deal that was on the BT's Mobile page (which then transferred me to EE for completing the purchase).

Sorry, SIM cards are sent via standard post and can't be tracked.

Please allow 2-5 working days for it to arrive.
