Phone not dispatched

Hi! I’ve ordered my IPhone 17 pro last Thursday and still haven’t got email saying it was dispatched . It said on the initial order email it takes 24 hours to dispatch the phone.

At the point you placed your order, we were recommending up to 7 days for delivery of this model. 

This has been extended to 14 days for new orders, but outstanding orders will always be fulfilled first, so you'll likely receive yours sooner. 

Please keep an eye on your texts, and you'll receive all the tracking details for DPD once this is dispatched.
