Hi any advice would be appreciated, ordered the new iPhone 14 on Friday on upgrade, and got text messages on Saturday Sunday and Monday from dpd that the parcel is out for delivery, funny thing is there's no flat number on the parcel but has my name and building name, so tracked it down today and got hold of the driver, really excited that my phone arrived, but once I got home opened it there's no iPhone!!!! There was a power bank, fuming 😤 any advice please feel free thanks in advance.

Hi @Forhad1432

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to block the device.

Then call the police and report the theft.

Thanks

Good morning @Forhad1432

Since your post last night have you been able to get in touch with our customer care team to report this?

Speak soon,

Katie.

Thank you, called up CS and blacklisted the phone and informed the police, they can't do much as their isn't enough evidence of who might have done it, thanks for the advice 👍🏽

Hi Katie, I've called CS to report it their doing an investigation on dpd, I was baffled when the parcel didn't have my flat number on it just the name and address, phone is now blacklisted and have reported it to the police, thanks

Hi Katie,

Sorry to bother you but just got a call from ee saying to send pictures but I'm not too sure if it was ee. They sent me a text saying to send images at supplychain.support@ee.co uk. Would you have any clue if that's even genuine email. Thanks for your help
