Phone delivery issue

Hi everyone. I am submitting a complaints regarding to phone delivery,
Couples of days ago I just buy a new phone contract from ee website,
All the things is fine , I have received the order number and tracking number and Dpd delivery pin.
But I never received the order,
Everytime when I tried to track the order it's shows me the order is back to ee.
And I can able to see by app the bill is being add on the account.
And today I also just activate my esim as well.
But the main issue is that I still haven't received my phone.
Can some help me and guide me to resolve this issue.

Where? Not here, you're not! This user discussion forum is not the correct platform for lodging complaints upon EE.

Have you chased this up with EE? Have you opened a formal complaint with EE? You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

Depends on when you ordered as DPD was closed for Christmas. I suggest you speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
