So I placed a order for the IPhone 14 pro max on the 21st of September.

I payed the £30 upfront cost and waited for the phone, I check in to see when I would get my phone and was told very soon but they couldn’t find my account or anything to do with my order.

today I got refund the £30 but when I message for help on the issue I was told they could find any of my details so couldn’t tell if my order had been cancelled or still active even with my order number .

so will I receive my phone or not.

Would I not receive a email if it was cancelled as I haven’t received any email apart from the order number when I placed the order

Hi @Ethanhartley17.

I'd recommend giving us a call when you get a chance so someone can look into your order status and give you an update.

I ordered an upgrade for the iPhone 14 pro, 25gib data with £30 fee. I received an email asking to phone to discuss the upgrade. I called waited for about 30 minutes to speak to someone, and then was advised that the option I chose was not available, and that I could choose a more expensive one. I refused, put in a complaint and have not heard anything back after two weeks. Why do I have to contact customer service myself to be advised that the advertised upgrade contract is not available, when it is EE's mistake. And then not to get a response from the complaint nearly two weeks later. This contract offer is still advertised too. I am wanting a response EE. I've been a loyal customer, but that clearly doesn't mean anything does it.

So found the answer.

turns out I wasn’t allowed to the systems to do a student discount and a trade in of my old phone. Even know the website allows you to do this.

spoke to a advisor who allowed me to have both discounts and sorted out my account which the systems didn’t allow to place my order.
now have the phone coming soon
