No dispatch ordered 20.12.25

I'm still waiting for iPhone 16E . Loyal customer for 20 years . No dispatch date , was told delivery due 22.12.25 waiting but no delivery . Called after xmas no help given other than cancellation and re order more expensive 17 model

No phone and still paying for contract !!

Download the DPD app as well as checking EE order tracking.

It is the festive period and it is reasonable to expect delays in part becase there are no DPD deliveries.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
