Happy New Year.

I've moved your post to its own thread, rather than one from early last year.

If you saw a screen with an order confirmation number, then the order will have gone through, but if you saw the error before this, then it may not have been completed.

It is worth checking the junk or spam folders in your email account to see if there is anything in there.

If there isn't, our customer service guides are available today to check your account, but it if it was just placed last night, it may be better to wait until tomorrow, just in case the order hasn't been processed yet.

If the order didn't go through, they can help you to get one put through.

In terms of the upfront payment, if the order failed, the payment wouldn't be taken by EE, it would just be pending with your bank as you attempted the payment, but they'd return it back in around a week.
