Over a week ago I upgraded my phone to a new model and a new contract
When I track my order I see that delivery is still 'awaiting confirmation' and that the phone is now on 'back-order confirmed' I assume this mean the phone I ordered was not in stock even though on the store page it did clearly stated that the phone was 'in stock' and available for delivery in 24 hours.
I did try to phone customer service, but after several hoops I just get stuck to a recorded message and I was unable to talk to a customer support representative.
How long am I expected to wait before the new phone is delivered?
The new phone I am waiting for is a Samsung s22+ 128GB golden pink

This device is currently showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days'
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will get a message from DPD to let you know when this will be delivered.
