Hi everyone. Hope to get a response soon... I've ordered the 15 Pro max and they took my upfront payment. Can someone tell me why they have to give you a call about your order?? Is it for a credit check?? Because why would they take the upfront cost if I didn't pass the credit check?? 

Hope I get a response as soon as possible. Thank you.

For some reason it's not letting me use it. It literally says 'your number is now bared from phone calls. Sorry. Goodbye' and that's it. Then I get hung up on,  I literally can't phone them on it I don't really know how 🤣 or it charges me credit like i have to pay for it! So not sure it's going to work honestly! I'll have to try tomorrow. 

You don't have any no. to bar with Skype; just a Net connection.

@Stacey2000 , have you downloaded Skype and installed it and then tried ringing them on the number we have given you?

Yes I know that. It still wouldn't let me call and it kept hanging up on me.
