@Kel54 , how long ago did you order your phone and which colour and storage size?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if there is anything from EE? You should have received something.
You will receive notification from EE once they dispatch it, also from DPD up to the evening before the day of delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
