I ordered an upgrade on a laptop dpd attempted to deliver it today but asked for a code but I have not been sent one so he left with my laptop how do I sort this out

We want to make getting your order delivered as simple as possible, so I can understand your frustration if you've not recieved this code. If you download the DPD app, and enter your contact details, you should also be able to view this here or you should recieve a text to the number you entered as your contact number when you placed your order.
