Payment taken but confirmation not received

Hi,

I placed an order for a new phone. When I landed on the payment page, safari froze and went blank. But the payment was taken from my account. I did not receive any confirmation email from EE.

I have been waiting for a while now and I am worried now as to what is going on.

I have checked all the folders in my mailbox.

Can someone help please?

@PranjalRao   This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and no one here knows who you are let alone check anything you might have placed an order for.  Customer service isn’t open at 3am so you’ll have to call them from 8am onwards
