Hi it’s been 2 days since i have ordered my s25 ultra but there is no update regarding this. Why its taking so much time?

I've removed the order number, just so it is not available for public view.
That model is showing as being in stock and usually despatched within 1 day.
The best thing I can suggest would be to give our customer service guides a call, and they'll be able to access your account to check the order for you.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your S25 Ultra.
Which colour and storage size did you order? I can have a look at the stock to make sure there are no delays.
Did you get a confirmation email after placing the order?

That one is in stock as well, and usually despatched within a day.
I'd recommend giving us a call so our team can get into the account and order to check the status and see what is happening with it.
