Just made an online order. Got the confirmation and the order reference number. Went to go check the order just make sure it went through and there was something on the order information that looked a bit strange (it said the delivery method was out of stock!) I enter the reference number and the tracking says it isn't a valid reference number, despite it being the one EE gave me. Tried to speak to someone on the phone but none of the options related to my query, when I did get through I just got cut off immediately. Tried to make a complaint but you need an account number to do so which I don't have. So now I have no way of knowing if I actually will receive my order despite EE already taking £400+ for it!

You can still place an order, even if the item is out of stock, we'd just send it as soon as it is available.
What is it you had ordered? I can have a look at the stock details.
