Hello, I’ve made a purchase today through EE and I’m expecting to receive a product soon. Nevertheless I have two concerns, firstly I haven’t received a confirmation email and secondly my flat number doesn’t appear in the orders section which is really important for me to receive my parcel correctly.
I hope anyone can help me with these concerns. Thank you!!

Hello, I’ve been able to confirm that it was my mistake and the address is correct and I have now received the email confirmation.

@Joelsolis_111 you will need to call customer Support about this so it can be rectified before it’s dispatched, otherwise it won’t be delivered.

Just to check, what was it you ordered here, and are you a brand new customer or is this an additional product on an existing account?
Also please don't post this in public, but did you get an order reference starting with XK, EE, or So0?
