Pay as you go sim not arrived after 5 days

I ordered a sim 9 days ago still haven’t revived it and EE took the payment out too and I can’t track the delivery and I’ve tried calling 150 and can’t get through to the right people

Hi it’s still hasn’t arrived is there anyone I can contact to solve this as they have taken the payment but no sim and I need the sim for my job thank you

If the SIM has not arrived, you can call our sales guides on 0800 956 6000 and they will get the order looked into for you. 

Or, you can visit an EE Store with photo ID, and the team can help you with the SIM card.
