EE phone delivery

Hello EE community,
I received an order through the post and a watch but I wasn't there to get in the order from the delivery driver.
How do I get EE to send the full order from the bill they sent me back to me? Any advise would be welcome.

Could you explain a bit more about what has happened please? I don't understand. Has the delivery company given you any instructions after the delivery failed?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your support with this. I didn't realise the Galaxy Samsung
phones were for me so I was wondering if you could let me know who to
contact to have them sent back to my home address as well as the watch?

If you speak with our Sales team, they'll be able to check the status of the order and see if they can put it back through, if it was cancelled.

Thanks for confirming this. Where can I found the order number or reference
number to provide the EE sales team so they can track my order?

If you click this link to our contact page, there are a couple of options to get in touch, @Richard_Worsley
If you have received any emails from us about the order, there should be an order/reference number. If you don't have it, they'll be able to search with your name and address.
