Hi!
Yesterday morning I purchased the PS5 God of War bundle as an "Accessory" to my pre-existing phone contract.
I've received a confirmation email for the £10 upfront cost, but nothing since, and I can't seem to find any evidence that I've even made a purchase anywhere on my MyEE page (checked Add-ons, statements, billing etc) and found nothing.
am I being daft or do I need to ring up support?
