I ordered a PS5 bundle on the 3rd August 2024, and had the confirmation email to say order was placed. Further information would be sent via email or text when dispatched. Just to add the delivery time scale was 1-3 days. However come the 6th August I had heard nothing, so messaged EE via their app to get some answers. I was told it wasn’t on my account but can take upto 72 hours to show but I would get it by the 9th August. Still hadn’t heard anything come the 9th August so messaged again, and was told it would arrive by end of the day but still have any information regarding tracking info? It’s now the 10th August and have now been told that some online orders do not complete so I’d have to call customer sales team……….anyone else had these issues?

I'd definitely recommend giving us a call so that we can look into this for you. If the order still isn't showing, the guide that you speak to should be able to look into why it has happened and help get the order sorted for you.
