Recieved my new phone today for an upgrade do I not receive a new sim?

Welcome to the community,

If you old SIM card is working, then use that one, as there is no need for a new one, unless there is a problem with the original SIM card, they are not always sent out when upgrading.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
