Can someone help me, please, I've ordered an Apple AirPods 2nd gen, and I've paid the full cost of £99, money was taken by ee,  but it's still pending in my bank app , and I don't get emails about my order or my tracking number.

If it's still pending at your bank, EE hasn't taken it yet. Your order must still be being processed.

Also don't share this in public, but when you placed your order did you get an order reference number starting with XK?

If you don't have any confirmation on this, my best recommendation would definitely be to reach out to our dedicated digital sales team so we can get this all double checked at our end.
