PS5 Bundle Issues

Hi all, 

I've called the support number twice already and feel like I'm being annoying. In short I ordered a PS5 Bundle as an add on last night, but accidentally ordered it twice. I've spoke to support and they've cancelled one of the orders. 

However, I've not got anything showing on my account for the order that hasn't been cancelled, i've only had the initial order confirmation and nothing else. 

Is this likely to turn up or do I need to call support for a third time?

@Barkinggoldfish  If customer services have cancelled the order it will still show but the order will not progress.   It’s also worth waiting 24hours for your account to update. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I had two orders, but I cancelled one this morning.  I've not got any orders showing in my account at the moment. 

So I'm unsure if I actually have a PS5 on the way or not...

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery of your order. You'll receive a text with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
