Bought 12 months SIM plan on 05/02/23, still have not recieved, can't track.

I am transferring from Three to EE, and keeping my number. I couldn't set my EE account up with the number, however. I have still not recieved my SIM and it has been almost 10 days. 

I have the order number, but when I try to track it with the delivery tracker, it says I can't track it.

Help??

I would have expected you to have received your SIM card by now. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can arrange a replacement for you.
