Ordering Tracking

I placed my order on the 10th June for a new phone and to join EE from O2, the only correspondence I have received from EE  is an acknowledgement email with order number but with no way tracking my order.

Can someone please let me know how I can track my order or if the phone I selected (Google Pixel 7a) is out of stock or long lead delivery time.

Calling the number you provided doesn't get me anywhere due to my number (must still be with O2) not being on the EE system, what other options are open to me in this situation?

If you select new/joining EE this will get you to the team with no EE number needed 🙂
