I have ordered an Apple Watch as an additional line on my EE account. Everything went through, got my order confirmation, this was 3 days ago and I haven’t had a text or email about delivery from EE or DPD. EE are usually pretty quick and there was no indication that the item was out of stock. When I try to track my order, it says the information isn’t available. How can I find out where my order is and why it hasn’t been dispatched?

I'm the same ordered a phone was told it would be here before Xmas then was told it wasn't I've had no tracking no etc ee has gone down hill

I also ordered nearly a week ago with no updates and says ordered can’t be tracked. Same model watch

The current dispatch guidance for that model is 14 days. You'll receive a text with tracking details as soon as it's on the way.

I have also orders the same watch and not received any tracking information or updates I’m unsure if it’s gone through okay or not ?
