My iPhone 14 order

Hi I ordered from the phone no xxxxxxxxxxx originally an ipad but they delivered the wrong item. I send it back a week ago today. I kept being told its being delivered when I call and they don't hang up or they stop my call which is very unprofessional act towards a customer I have now been thinking of leaving ee the way I'm being treated. I would like to know if im likely to get this phone as I fed up of being told it will be first thing in the morning, then when I phone by 4pm then I all back when they answer by 8pm still no phone. I've been ringing this morning and they have disconnect my call straight away. I have the dpd app on my phone so I know they are lying as dpd have no parcels for me. Can you please get this sorted and let me know the tracking no

I'm sorry to hear your replacement order hasn't arrived yet.

How did you return the incorrect order? It may not be possible to send a replacement until this has been checked back in at our distribution centre.

Tracking that parcel it looks like it was delivered to a residential address.

Did you post more than one parcel on that day?

No I didn't that wa from the bar code they sent me
