iphone 14pro max order

hi there. I ordered my upgrade, a silver iphone 14 pro max at the start of december. It hasnt yet arrived and when i type in the tracking information and code, it says no details are available right now. Ive also had the returns pack sent to me however i can return my phone until my new one arrvies.

Please can someone advise when i can expect my order and what to do about returns pack.
