Ordered a new phone before 19.30 on Sunday. It says you will receive messages regarding delivery but 24hrs have passed and I've had no contact.
Tried tracking online using my order number and it says, "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now."

@milasydney01 Once a device has been allocated to you you will receive a tracking number. What device did you order ?

@milasydney01 I would give it till tomorrow if you don’t have it tomorrow I would call customer services about this. Check your spam
folder incase any email has ended up there.

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used your email address and postcode, to see if they have deliveries scheduled?
