I have ordered a new iphone to eplace my old one which has stopped working. EE say delivery updates will be sent to my old non working phone, how can i receive delivery details ??
@Seever Can you put your sim in to a different device? You can also create a DPD account online so you can keep checking if DPD have a delivery for you. You’ll need to use the same email address you use with EE when creating this account. If you can you can also download the DPD app and use that. ( tablet or the phone )
