Ordered a phone plan via website and after paying for upfront cost, was instructed to call the number provided in the email to supply additional information. It had been more than an hour trying to call. Would my order go through? The money was taken from my account already.

If EE ask you to call them with some additional info then you will need to call them before your order may progress.

Been calling the number provided for more than an hour. Also tried calling 150 and still left on hold ☹️
