I've ordered a phone of ee app on Friday all payed for seen payment has gone through but had no confirmation email with any reference codes or anything but confused

I believe what I have ordered is the samsung A53 5g ,6.5 inch, 64 mp
camera, smart phone with the galaxy buds 2 free on a 40gb sim plan a month
I belive its 37£ a month all together.
It should be registered and sent to:

This device is showing in stock.
Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if we have any deliveries scheduled?
If you use the email address and postcode this will show you if this has been received by DPD 🙂
