Old phone trade in

Hi,

 

I am trading in my old Samsung phone. I am going to send the device back with Royal Mail Special delivery so i don't need to use the prepaid sticker that was sent with the returns bag. Question is, do i need to send anything else with the phone? A reference number for example so that EE knows it's for my account?

Welcome to the community,

 

Why are you sending it back via Royal Mail and why not use the prepaid sticker? I believe the sticker will have a code on it which will be scanned so that should have all your information on it. Not sure why you do not want to use the prepaid sticker, as it means you do not pay for postage either.
