Ordered a new phone but have not received and order number

I have ordered a new phone, the money was taken off my account but I did not receive order number and track number.

I have ordered an iphone15 yesterday (Friday November 24th), however I received a message informing that it's not possible to get my credit now, so how can I have my money back?

Has the upfront cost left your bank or is this showing as a pending charge?

Any upfront costs will automatically be refunded.

Hi Katie_B

I did the payment 2 times, I thought the first was a kind a mistake and the order was not placed, but when I have checked my account is possible to see that one of the payment was take off my account and another one it's set up to be paid next month.

This will be cancelled if your credit check has not been successful. 

Any payment that has left your account will automatically be refunded within 14 days.
