Issue with order

Ordered Call of Duty for PS5 on my contract, was charged an up front £5 fee and hasn't arrived, can't view in my orders either. Anyone else having issues?

I ordered a Xbox Series X on Tuesday on my mums account (I don’t have my own EE account anymore) and have been back and forth with EE and DPD as it has been collected by DPD and lost somewhere between collection and the depot, EE have raised a dispute and complaint with dpd as it appears that it’s happened plenty of times before me 

It’s beyond a joke now, I still haven’t had an update from dpd since Wednesday
