Hiya,
I recently ordered an Iphone 15 Contract on the EE website, its taken the money out of my bank account but i have had no confirmation email at all. It just refreshed the page when the payment was approved.

Hiya,
she said she could see an account number but nothing else at all. Told me to wait 24 hours and call if I haven’t received an email.

Was this an upgrade or new contract with us?
The orders can take time to process and once completed you would receive an email to confirm 🙂

Hiya,
it’s was a new phone contract. I’m just worried as the website just didn’t load, white screen I didn’t get any confirmation at all. And there was no order when billing team looked, just an account number. And now £150 has been taken.

If you can keep checking your email including the junk/spam folder and call us if nothing is showing after 24 hours the team will be able to look into this for you 🙂

Same happened to me, what a shambles, not the start to a new phone provider you want is it.

hello i have paid upfronr £30 for an iphone 15 pro max and not had a confirmation email or a reference number to even track the order??
