Hi there
I ordered a new Xbox Series X that was to come with a £70 game card (which I got via text) and also a 24 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 24 months. I have not received this or indeed dont know how to activate this. There has been no text and no information contained within the delivery.
Can you advise how I redeem the 24 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you head to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter your mobile number, then confirm the PIN sent by text, this will take you to a page where the Game Pass should appear with an activation button. Once selected, you’ll be able to complete the setup.
If the Game Pass doesn’t show, please give us a call and speak to our technical team so they can look into this further.
