Hello, I ordered a phone on Saturday it’s now Thursday and still nothing .. I expected it to be on its way by now ?

Hello - having the same issue. Has yours now been dispatched? Have tried calling 150 and couldn’t find any option regarding speaking to someone about orders. Thanks!

As you're seeing a Tracking error error your order may not have been completed. Please give our Customer Service team a call and select the option for general queries or billing, where a guide can check with the Digital Sales team if your order went through correctly. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
