Seems everyone is having issues, but I haven't managed to get in contact with any EE service to provide me with information. I ordered a 17 Pro Orange Iphone with the lowest storage last week - I have paid upfront and had no confirmation that this iphone order has even been tracked? My order reference doesn't seem to work on the tracker either.
Is there anyway someone could check/confirm? I am currently without a phone.

Looking at the stock information, the lowest storage size of the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone Pro Max in Cosmic Orange is the 256GB, and both show an expected dispatch time of 1-3 days.
If you ordered last week, I would recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can bring up your account and order and check to see what is happening.
