Ordered New IPhone, no confirmation email or text.

Hi! I got a new phone contract on 11/12/25 and the only info I’ve received is an email with “pre-contract information”

I’ve made the payment of £30 but am yet to receive any type of order number or confirmation. Is this normal or has something gone wrong? It’s the newest iPhone

Hey, I got in touch and they’ve said it’s due to failing the credit check and will get the payment I made back in up to 2 weeks xx
