OrderTracking not working/No delivery tracking

Hello, I ordered a phone and wondered if anyone could help me. I have tried tracking my order but I get an error saying it couldnt track my order. I have had a confirmation email and number. Please could some help me confirm my order went through correctly? I have tried calling your phone number but I am unable to get through. thank you in advance

Hi @MaryCRS 

As you're seeing an error when tracking your order may not have been completed. Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly, using the order number you have. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

@MaryCRS  You’ll get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.   You have an order number you can not track what’s not be allocated. 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
