Hello, I order new phone with new plan on 15 april, courier was on next day but I was unable to collect the parcel, and courier from dpd send the phone back to EE, from that time i didn get any information about my order... Two days ago they send me new Contract but still I don't have my device...

I was calling to ee support, and they said that they will update my order,

That device is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day. Since it's been a couple of days since you ordered, it may be worth speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check what's happening.
