Xbox series X bundle

I ordered the Xbox Series X bundle just after Christmas, I haven't yet set it up. I received the text message for the EE £50 store voucher which was redeemed on the 29th of March and a voucher code sent however whenever I try to use the voucher it states it's expired? 

I also never received a text message to activate my 24 month Game Pass that was also included?

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your voucher and re-send the SMS.
