I made an order for an early upgrade on Tuesday, paid the upgrade fee which has been taken from my bank account. I was given an order reference & email. I had heard nothing by Thursday even though it advised would be dispatched within a day. I called EE to be advised it would be here Friday or Monday but still not showing as even left warehouse. Bearing in mind I have been an EE user for years now by contract phone. The service is very poor. Am no longer a happy customer.

What phone did you order? Is it the S24 by any chance? By being a customer for years doens't give you priority on the dispatch list, its goes out on first come first served basis.

The S24 is a popular phone and there is a huge backlog this has nothing to do with EE, its that Samsung can't keep up with demand and every phone supplier is experiencing this backlog. But of course this is for the S24 as you haven't stated what device you ordered.
