I placed an order on the 6/01/26 for a pay monthly mobile, I haven’t received a confirmation email yet i understand the upfront payment is held until dispatch but wants to check what was going on as i have no way to ring EE as my current phones mic is broken anyone have any other advice on how to contact EE

Have you checked your junk/spam to see if it's made it's way there in error?

Was the phone you ordered in stock or was there a wait time for it?

I’ve checked all my mail and only received the contract details no confirmation or order number and I think it was in stock I didn’t see anything about it being out of stock
